🔄 Refund & Return Policy (POD Updated)



We want you to love your Palm & Magnolia purchase. Because each item is made-to-order through our U.S.-based fulfillment partners (Apliiq, Printful, and others), please review the following policy before placing your order:


Custom-Made Orders


  • Every product is printed or embroidered specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Please review size charts carefully before ordering.



Returns/Refunds Allowed

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted are eligible for replacement or refund.
  • To request a replacement/refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will work directly with our fulfillment partner to correct the problem at no cost to you.



Process

  • Email Angela@palmandmagnolia.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • Approved replacements/refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • Because items are made-to-order, we cannot process direct exchanges. If you need another size or color, a new order will need to be placed.
